Common issues

I didn’t receive my verification code

Check your spam folder. The code usually arrives within two minutes. If nothing shows up after five, tap "Resend code" on the verification screen.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email, and you’ll receive a 6-digit code to reset your password.

Change my email address

Settings → Change email. A confirmation code is sent to the new address.

Block a user

Open their profile and tap Block. Their content is hidden from you everywhere.

Report content

Every recipe, review, and profile has a Report button. Tap it, pick a reason, and we’ll review within 48 hours.
